Here you'll find answers to some of the most common questions about our products, orders, delivery, and policies.
1. What is Ckidz?
Ckidz is a kids' toys brand focused on bringing fun, engaging, and enjoyable products to children and families. We aim to provide quality toys that make playtime more exciting and memorable.
2. How can I place an order?
Simply visit our online store, browse our products, choose the items you want, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
Follow the checkout instructions to provide your delivery information and complete your order.
3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible products and delivery locations across Pakistan.
Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
4. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are generally delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Orders going to remote areas may take an additional 1–3 working days, depending on the location and courier service.
5. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders above Rs. 2,000 qualify for free shipping.
Orders below Rs. 2,000 may be subject to a standard delivery fee, which will be shown during checkout.
6. What if I receive a damaged product?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact Ckidz as soon as possible.
Do not use the damaged product. Send us your order number along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging so our team can review the issue.
If the damage is confirmed to have occurred before or during delivery, the product may qualify for an exchange.
7. Can I return a product if I change my mind?
No. Ckidz does not accept returns simply because you changed your mind, no longer want the product, or ordered the wrong item.
Returns are only considered when the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
8. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we may arrange an exchange, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy and product availability.
Please contact us before sending any product back.
9. Do you offer refunds?
Ckidz generally does not offer monetary refunds.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, our primary resolution is an exchange. A refund may only be considered in exceptional circumstances where an exchange or replacement is not reasonably possible.
10. Can I exchange a product that I have already used?
Generally, no.
Products damaged through use, misuse, improper handling, alteration, or repair after delivery are not eligible for an exchange.
If you receive a product that is already damaged or defective, please do not use it and contact us immediately.
11. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Ckidz ships only within Pakistan.
We may expand our delivery options in the future.
12. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information via email or SMS, where available.
You can use the provided tracking details to monitor your delivery status.
13. What if I provide the wrong delivery address?
Please carefully check your delivery information before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact Ckidz immediately at +92 309 6932000 before your order is dispatched.
Ckidz is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
14. Are Ckidz products safe for children?
We aim to provide products suitable for children and encourage parents and guardians to follow all age recommendations, warnings, and safety instructions provided with each product.
Children should use toys appropriately and under adult supervision where required.
